Youth
Maybridge offers a dynamic range of activities for young people aged 11-18 through its three youth groups, Elevate, Amplify and our Youth Drop In. We want to be a place where young people can feel at home, bring their friends, and grow in their faith.
Elevate
Elevate is for young people in school years 7-9 (11-14 year olds). We have a wide range of crazy times, engaging teaching and many mighty memories as we seek to love God and love others together. On Sundays, during the Morning Service, we aim to provide a safe space for the group to think about Christianity and what a life spent following Jesus looks like through their eyes. And on Wednesday evenings during term time, 7-8:30pm, we meet at the church for an evening of crazy fun, games, food and adventure. We also have a brilliant weekend away together in the autumn time each year.

Amplify is a dynamic group of young people in school years 10+ (aged 14 to 18). Our main session is on a Sunday evening at the church, after The Six evening service, where we hang out, drink lovely hot chocolate, play silly games, have great chats and embark on crazy activities. We also run a number of Grow Groups during the week. These are small, intentional gatherings at different peoples homes, to explore going deeper in our relationship with God. Our legendary Amplify Weekend Away happens during the Winter term.

Our Youth Drop In is an afterschool youth group, where all young people aged 11-16 can come and hang out, play some games and have plenty of tuck! There’s badminton, football, video games and card games and plenty more to do. It runs every Thursday of term time from 3:30pm-5pm at Maybridge Community Church.
Catalyst
Catalyst is a half-termly youth worship night where we gather with other youth groups in Worthing at 77 The Strand for worship, games and an opportunity to hear more about Jesus.
