Hiring the Church
If you’re looking for a space for a meeting, one-to-one or bigger event, we’d love to be able to help you if we can. Scroll down for our rooms available for hire and to get in touch.
Main Hall
The main hall is where we have our Sunday gatherings. It’s a great space for a larger event of up to 165 people, or 75 seated around tables. However, due to insurance reasons, we are unable to offer the church hall for children’s parties.
£25 per hour or £125 per double session (morning and afternoon, or afternoon and evening). A 10% discount is available for Church Partners and Registered Charities.
Waelend Room
The Waelend Room is our smaller, cosier hall which is often used by community groups. There is a screen for plugging your device into, and a hatch that connects to the kitchen for refreshments. The maximum capacity is 65 standing, or 45 sat round tables.
£20 per hour or £100 per double session (morning and afternoon, or afternoon and evening). A 10% discount is available for Church Partners and Registered Charities.
Foyer
If you only need a small space for a group meeting, whether round a table or sitting comfortably on sofas, the foyer is a great space for up to 10 people. Please note, the foyer is connected to the main hall – although there is a glass partition if needed. If this isn’t enough privacy, please specify when making your enquiry so we can make sure your booking doesn’t coincide with activities in the hall.
£11 per hour or £55 per double session (morning and afternoon, or afternoon and evening). A 10% discount is available for Church Partners and Registered Charities.
Room 1
Room 1 is a designated large conference space for up to 12 people round tables, or 18 on seats in rows. Use of the projector is available on request.
£12.50 per hour or £62.50 per double session (morning and afternoon, or afternoon and evening). A 10% discount is available for Church Partners and Registered Charities.
Room 3
Room 3 is another, smaller conference room, which can seat up to 10 people. There is a whiteboard and corkboards, if needed.

Library
The Library has two sofas, perfect for one-to-ones or smaller meetings of up to 4 people. Please note, the other part of the room is used for storage.
£10 per hour or £50 per double session (morning and afternoon, or afternoon and evening). A 10% discount is available for Church Partners and Registered Charities.
Kitchen
Whatever room you hire, you’re welcome to come in the kitchen and make yourself a hot drink. However, if you plan to be doing food prep as part of a larger event, the kitchen is available for hire at £12 per hour or £60 per double session (morning and afternoon, or afternoon and evening). A 10% discount is available for Church Partners and Registered Charities. Rules and restrictions for our equipment may apply.
