Youth Ministry Leader

Has God given you a heart for growing young disciples and seeing the gospel reach unchurched teenagers? Has your church identified some gifting in these areas? Has the Holy Spirit prompted you to seek out fresh challenging faith adventures?
Maybridge Community Church in Worthing is growing. We are looking for a passionate and committed follower of Jesus who will be able to grow in the role of Youth Ministry Leader.

Whether you are an experienced Youth Pastor or at the start of your ministry journey, this role offers space to grow as a labourer in Christ’s harvest. We will invest in the right candidate and support them as they prepare the next generation of believers for a challenging post-Christian culture.
